VARIETAL – 30% Terrano, 30% Syrah, 20% Merlot, 20% Cabernet (C. Sauvignon, C. Franc, Carmenere)
VINIFICATION – Grape harvest in the crisp morning hours, each sort separately at the time of the relevant maturity, direct grape pressing while using only self-dripping of the must, the fermentation of separate varieties in stainless steel tanks at 14-20°C. After the completion of the fermentation process, the wines are blended and the aging process on fine yeast lees is continued for 6 months without the malolactic fermentation.
Istrian rose wine: “Nice pale peach color with salmon reflections. The nose, very floral, leaves a delicate and elegant bouquet of powdery notes of white flowers, elderflower, rose before approaching white-fleshed fruits, lychee and bergamot.
